This bill passed the house of Representatives with the overwhelming majority voting yes.  It has wide support in the Senate and the President is expected to sign it.  I fully expect this bill to become law with some small tweaks in the Senate by the start of 2020.  This represents some of the most sweeping changes to retirement rules in decades.
